Penelope's Garden was inspired when my daughter Penelope was born in 2016. We started importing Extra Virgin Olive Oil from my Grandfathers village, Sparta, Greece. My Grandfather immigrated to Canada in the early 1950's and was a great influence in this family run business until  the day he passed away in 2019 at the age of 89.

As a second generation Greek independent business owner, I was disturbed to learn about what was going on in the olive oil industry.

I felt it was my duty to bring some of the best and highest quality Olive oil to families in Canada.   Penelope's Garden olive oil  imports the best olives of the crop and never blends with lower grade oils as other olive companies do.  We bring the highest quality olive oil at a very reasonable price compared to our competitors. 

Our goal is to maintain quality and respect for our Olive Oil producers in Greece and provide our customers with 100% Greek extra virgin olive oil.  We never compromise our product with blended oils.  Penelope's Garden olive oil is how the ancient Greeks wanted oil to taste.
